Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and support infrastructure migration projects using VMware HCX and other migration tools.
•Manage and maintain distributed compute environments, including virtualization and hyper-converged platforms.
•Perform workload migrations with minimal downtime and operational impact.
•Support and administer enterprise hypervisor platforms such as VMware and Nutanix, and container-based solutions.
•Develop automation and scripting solutions; troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues across Windows and Linux environments.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience (via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
•3+ years of hands-on experience with HCX migrations or other enterprise migration tools.
•Distributed infrastructure and/or related IT infrastructure experience.
•Experience supporting distributed compute environments, including virtualization, server infrastructure, and converged/hyper-converged hosting solutions.
•Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar) and support for Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
