Job Summary

Own and scale account-based marketing for Atlassian’s Strategic sales segment in AMER. Translate Atlassian’s AI and platform transformation story into locally resonant campaign themes and customer proof points, using AI tools and omni-channel ABM to generate and accelerate pipeline. Plan high-touch virtual and in-person events, collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional central teams, and drive co-marketing with partner/channel teams to move deals forward.

•Generate and accelerate pipeline for the Strategic sales team.
•Translate Atlassian’s AI and platform transformation story into locally resonant proof points, customer stories, and campaign themes.
•Leverage AI tools to inform strategy, personalize at scale, and improve campaign development and performance analysis.
•Build and execute the Strategic ABM strategy in partnership with sales leadership, including 1:1 omni-channel campaigns using account/contact insights.
•Plan and execute in-person and virtual events and hospitality roundtables based on regional pipeline gaps; drive co-marketing with partners and channel teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 106,200 - 166,850 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years of Account-Based Marketing in a high-growth environment.
•Experience owning, executing, and measuring 1:1 and 1:Few ABM motions across channels like paid media, email, content syndication, direct mail, and events.
•Experience generating pipeline for a sales organization, including how your work created revenue opportunities.
•Strong AI fluency using AI tools for content, audience insights, campaign optimization, and analytics.
•Comfort with data and marketing automation/CRM, with Salesforce and Marketo a plus.
