  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
  • •Ensure positions are filled before production line start-up and oversee morning exercises and job rotation.
  • •Maintain equipment and operations standards, including ensuring machinery performance and that workstations pass USDA inspection.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding; keep records of reworked or returned product.
  • •Promote daily safety via monthly safety meetings; provide training, retention, counseling, and continuous quality education while communicating benefits/compensation policies.
