Key Responsibilities

•Design and analyze propulsion systems, including engines, motors, pumps, and thermal management components, for optimal performance and efficiency
•Develop high-performance mechanical components and subsystems to meet rigorous performance and mass targets in extreme environments
•Conduct advanced thermo-fluid and structural analyses using CFD/FEA and multi-physics tools to predict system behavior
•Prototype, test, and validate propulsion prototypes and key components, including data collection and root-cause analysis
•Integrate propulsion and mechanical components with Systems, Electrical, Software, and Manufacturing teams to optimize for production, manufacturability, and maintainability

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 3+ years of hands-on experience in propulsion system design, analysis, or high-performance mechanical components development
