Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage electrical pre-construction activities, including design constructability, procurement, contracts, and budget planning to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.
•Oversee electrical construction activities to deliver on time, within budget, and to required standards, supervising subcontractors, vendors, and safety on-site.
• supervise electrical system installations (substations, transformers, switchrooms, MV/LV, life safety) and ensure alignment with design intent and client expectations.
•Oversee commissioning and handover processes to ensure systems are fully operational and properly documented (test reports, as-built, O&M manuals).
•Act as primary client contact for electrical-related issues, proactively managing risks and coordinating with design teams and contractors

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are a plus
•Several years of electrical project management experience on construction sites, including data centre projects
•Proven experience managing large, complex electrical systems installations and commissioning
•Expertise in electrical systems used in data centres (HV/MV/LV, substations, switchgear, life safety, energy management)
•Fluent English and German; availability for full-time on-site work
