Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop relationships with external service providers and vendors, including long-term partnership building and service reviews.
  • •Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations, including support for vendor selection (RFPs and contract negotiations).
  • •Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring cost transparency, budget adherence, and alignment with Finance.
  • •Coordinate incidents, service requests, and change activities for external ERP application operations and support partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
