Key Responsibilities

  • •Track and enhance 3PL performance in assigned zones and manage day-to-day operations and communication with 3PLs.
  • •Monitor coordinators and captains for 3PL requests, inquiries, response rate, and SLA adherence.
  • •Ensure critical Jira tickets are closed within SLA.
  • •Send daily reports to Coordinators detailing performance and efficiency, with insights to improve results.
  • •Track vendor performance daily and report top offenders to the Supervisor; conduct daily reporting and analytics to identify obstacles and raise flags.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
  • •3-4 years of full-time experience in logistics.
  • •Experience with drivers.
  • •Leadership skills and ability to manage large groups.
  • •Fluent in Arabic and English; strong written and verbal communication.
