Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the loyalty strategy end-to-end, setting the vision for customer engagement and commercial growth across markets.
•Establish a unified loyalty framework that scales across markets and drives acquisition, activation, and retention.
•Secure franchisee buy-in and loyalty adoption by building a compelling business case with ROI, frequency, and retention improvements.
•Drive ecommerce and owned channel growth, defining the cross-channel customer journey and UX standards for web, app, and kiosks.
•Set the personalization and lifecycle strategy, including segmentation, onboarding, activation, frequency, and win-back campaigns.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of progressive leadership in loyalty, CRM, or digital commerce roles, preferably in multi-unit brands or franchise models.
•Proven track record scaling loyalty programmes that deliver measurable customer and commercial impact across multi-market environments.
•Deep expertise in personalization, CRM, segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and decisioning—architecting scalable loyalty strategies.
•Strong command of Martech and analytics ecosystems (GA360, CDPs, Adobe Experience Cloud, Firebase) and ability to guide platform strategy with technical partners.
•Fluent in English; MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
