Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global standardization for household care filling, capping, and upstream equipment, including CAPEX compliance and preferred vendor selection.
  • •Develop, deploy, and continuously improve global equipment standards and URSs with OEMs, Procurement, and technical teams to improve safety, quality, OEE, compliance, and performance.
  • •Serve as the subject matter expert for filling/capping/upstream packaging technologies and provide technical guidance on liquid and gel packaging systems.
  • •Provide technical leadership on global CAPEX projects, supporting URS development, vendor selection, OEM oversight, FAT/SAT execution, and site engineering teams.
  • •Ensure equipment meets hygienic design and GMP/regulatory requirements while supporting commissioning, qualification, validation, and acceptance testing.

Key Requirements
