Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect refinished body panels for proper color match and acceptable finish texture, escalating quality issues immediately.
  • •Prepare surfaces for buffing using the proper finish sanding products and techniques per SOP.
  • •Restore refinish panel(s) to OEM quality using a rotary buffer, buffing techniques, compounds, and polishes defined in SOP.
  • •Inspect other vehicle surfaces for overspray and remove as needed.
  • •Remove and clean all compound or polish residue and inspect for acceptable finish quality.
