Key Responsibilities

•Maintain daily inventory appearance and security, keeping vehicle zones and parking areas organized for smooth operations.
•Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes for accurate records.
•Receive, prepare, and process vehicles (pair locators, capture photos, secure keys) to ensure readiness for sale or auction.
•Perform daily inventory scanning and reconciliation to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of site inventory.
•Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and support auction operations and associate training by reinforcing safety and operational standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.88 - 22.37 hourly

•High school diploma or equivalent work experience, including ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible schedules in outdoor environments.
