Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose system problems when servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and customer site visits.
  • •Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, warranty work, and commissioning workloads.
  • •Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
  • •Communicate with supervisors, regions service managers, senior technicians, and customers to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Generate regular reports on completed invoiced work orders and support internal controls and administration.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a service or field-based technician role.
  • •Strong knowledge of customer service principles and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • •Appropriate skilled-based certificates with F-Gas and ability to cover standby/call outs including weekends and bank holidays.
