Key Responsibilities

•Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
•Coordinate with electrical foremen, construction supervisors, and the branch manager to allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
•Assist with training and development for field service technicians and field communications technicians.
•Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices, and support onboarding for new team members.
•Exceed field performance KPI goals for turnaround time, experience rating, and completed dispatches; assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30.37 - 40.49

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of previous field construction or solar experience.
•High school diploma.
•Working knowledge of current NEC codes and applicable standards.
•Ability to interpret single line drawings and PV systems from roof to meter, including solar interconnection/tie-in.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving background check.
