Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily production activities to deliver productivity, quality, lead time, and cost targets.
  • •Drive and monitor operational KPIs, reviewing performance daily/weekly/monthly and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • •Coach and develop production teams, promoting accountability and operational discipline on the shop floor.
  • •Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions and sustainable solutions.
  • •Ensure production activities follow approved work instructions and support EHS compliance, asset safety, and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with production operations and process management knowledge.
  • •At least 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating operational teams.
  • •Proven experience improving production performance (productivity, quality, and operational efficiency).
  • •Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
