•Perform senior-level development flight test engineering activities for the Fury UAS, including resource planning and ground/flight test execution.
•Lead and/or participate in teams conducting ground and flight test events at private and government-owned test ranges.

•Partner with Engineering to develop requirements and incorporate test results, data, and observations.
•Work safely in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

•8+ years of experience as a test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missile systems.
•Bachelor’s degree or related technical discipline (or equivalent engineering experience).
•Extensive experience as a test conductor/test director for developmental aircraft, weapon, or missile systems.
•Test engineering experience with developmental manned and/or unmanned aircraft, including requirements development, test planning/execution, and test reporting.
•Experience across aero/performance, loads/dynamics, propulsion, or electrical test engineering areas.
