Lead forward-deployed agile squads to operationalize agentic AI within the A220 industrial environment. Manage prototype-to-industrialization scaling, quantify value and impact (EBIT), and ensure data readiness, cognitive resilience telemetry, and user adoption through coordinated transformation hubs.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and coach forward-deployed multidisciplinary agile squads to design and deliver stable, secure, scalable agentic AI workflows.
•Map and re-engineer end-to-end A220 business processes (AI-first BPR), moving from manual transactional work to human-augmented decision loops governed by Human-in-the-Loop.
•Partner on “Agent Gym” execution to run skill-capture sprints that codify undocumented expert know-how into agentic reasoning models.
•Manage prototype-to-industrialization scaling: validate feasibility via low-cost rapid prototyping and orchestrate industrialization into enterprise production releases.
•Track value and impact (EBIT) and ensure data compliance/readiness (“Agent-Ready”), agentic experience/adoption, and cognitive resilience telemetry with corrective human feedback loops.

Key Requirements

•University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, ideally with recognized Agile/Scrum or program/release management credentials.
•10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise-scale digital/data/AI transformation initiatives on the ground, preferably in complex industrial/manufacturing or aerospace ecosystems.
•Practical understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks for real enterprise workflows.
•Demonstrated ability to coordinate, direct, and grow highly technical agile teams in a matrix model without direct hierarchical link, using servant leadership.
•Advanced expertise in BPR process analysis and the ability to translate unstructured business needs into clear technical delivery roadmaps.
