Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate closely with designers to tackle complex engineering problems from concept through production readiness.
  • •Design and develop platform-level innovations (assembly systems, connection mechanisms, cover attachment solutions) that can be reused across product lines.
  • •Simplify existing product platforms by reducing part counts, improving tolerances, and lowering cost without compromising customer experience.
  • •Improve product quality, reduce cost, and optimize for transportation and logistics through continuous value creation.
  • •Address packaging constraints by designing solutions for foam specs, fabric covers, and structural components, and assist factories with technical problem solving.
