Job Summary

Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the foundation’s portfolio. Maintain account integrity and reconciliations, drive end-to-end annual planning, and produce spend/variance reporting with dashboards for leadership. Lead investment and capital-allocation analysis for new initiatives using robust financial models (DCF, NPV/IRR, payback). Act as a business partner to project teams and corporate services, delivering executive-ready insights for boards and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation of DFF accounts; ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and approvals.
•Lead annual budget development end-to-end, translating strategic priorities into funded, resourced budget lines and challenging assumptions.
•Develop and manage rolling forecasts; track spend across projects and corporate functions and perform variance analysis with recommended corrective action.
•Conduct investment analysis and financial line-of-sight for initiatives and partnerships, building models to support capital allocation decisions.
•Serve as a trusted financial partner by producing executive-ready reports, board-level materials, and presentations; recommend cost optimization and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA/MSc Finance is a plus).
•3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, transaction services, audit, or a related field.
•Professional finance qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is an advantage.
•Strong skills across budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and spend management.
•Advanced financial modelling skills for investment analysis and scenario work (e.g., DCF, NPV/IRR).
