Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as prime technical/managerial POC for customer interface and communication.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer expectations for IT infrastructure and support services.
  • •Supervise assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers, and handle personnel actions.
  • •Manage program financials and program deliverable quality, including planning, schedules, reviews/audits/site visits, and compliance with corporate and government policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of current ITIL standards; ITIL certification required within 3 months of hire if not already held.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading and managing large teams (>50) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
