Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct operational assessments of assigned wells, equipment, and plant facilities and submit daily assessment reports on production, equipment performance, and maintenance.
  • •Execute production tests and monitor minor subsurface well maintenance (non-BOPE) to support continuous safe operations.
  • •Perform minor repairs and ensure general upkeep at lease sites (fences, signs, weeds, trash) while keeping an organized work environment.
  • •Maintain regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance; participate in training, report incidents/near misses, and assist in incident investigations.
  • •Monitor control panels, gauges, and meters; coordinate with optimization and relevant operators; review operating parameters when SCADA is unavailable and recommend optimization actions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED/Higher Secondary education is required.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in E&P operations, preferably Lease Site Management, Equipment Maintenance, and Pipeline Operations.
  • •Demonstrate proficiency with ProdView, Eagle App, Cygnet, and Pi, and follow SOPs.
  • •Maintain regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance, with strong focus on emissions and spills.
  • •OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Certification is preferred.
