Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting for international business roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, and Marketing throughout EMEA and other global markets. Partner with hiring managers and Talent leadership to define search strategy, map regional talent markets, engage passive candidates, and deliver high-quality hiring decisions with speed and precision. Use recruiting metrics and market insights to improve funnel health, drive urgency and calibration, and continuously refine recruiting processes in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting for international business roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other functions.
•Act as a strategic talent partner to advise on market dynamics, candidate calibration, sourcing strategy, and closing approach.
•Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and close talent across EMEA and other global markets.
•Develop regional talent maps across priority markets and specialized candidate communities.
•Use data and funnel metrics to diagnose search health and refine recruiting strategy in real time.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of recruiting experience supporting international business hiring in high-growth technology companies.
•Proven success hiring across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other business functions.
•Strong knowledge of EMEA talent markets and ability to adapt search strategy by region, function, and candidate profile.
•Strong search fundamentals including market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate engagement, candidate assessment, and closing.
•Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
