Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau Desktop that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
  • •Partner with business teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product to translate analytical needs into effective visualizations
  • •Build Tableau data sources and optimize connections to the Redshift data warehouse for performance and reliability
  • •Collaborate with data engineers to leverage dbt-modeled data marts and ensure semantic consistency across reporting
  • •Establish and maintain Tableau governance standards, including naming conventions, folder structures, and visual design guidelines

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience developing business intelligence solutions using Tableau Desktop; SaaS experience preferred
  • •Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, including calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, and performance optimization
  • •Strong SQL skills with experience querying data warehouses; Redshift preferred, Snowflake or BigQuery acceptable
  • •Experience working with AWS data services and cloud-based data architectures
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
