Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and contribute to the monthly S&OP process to reflect business priorities and market activity.
  • •Analyze forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and improve planning performance and forecast accuracy.
  • •Partner with commercial teams on product launches, promotions, portfolio changes, and demand planning.
  • •Ensure product availability by balancing inventory targets with working capital objectives.
  • •Coordinate logistics with external logistics partners and manage replenishment, purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and stock risk monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in supply chain, demand planning, logistics, operations, procurement, customer service, or another analytical business function.
  • •Experience in FMCG or an international business environment is an advantage.
  • •Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • •Experience with ERP, planning, or reporting systems is an advantage.
  • •Fluent in Estonian and English.
