Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through coaching, leadership, and operational excellence. Lead a client-focused sales floor with omni-channel and virtual selling, clienteling, and customer data capture. Recruit, onboard, and develop associates by setting goals, reviewing KPIs, and addressing underperformance. Oversee brand and visual standards, opening/closing, cash handling, loss prevention, schedules, payroll, and inventory accuracy, while supporting live stream and social engagement.
