Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners, influencing product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
•Serve as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners using Fever’s proprietary data and technology.
•Lead projects that convert complex data into actionable business cases and drive accountability for CAC, LTV, and ROI.
•Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to keep operations lean and efficient as the business scales.
•Collaborate with regional stakeholders (Country and Regional General Managers) to build local marketing and technology business cases.

Key Requirements

•At least 4-5 years in an analytical business role, with experience in strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking, plus a track record delivering measurable growth.
•Proven experience leading complex projects and turning analysis into implementation.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
•Strong analytical and communication skills to leverage data, make decisions, and craft narratives for senior stakeholders.
•Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
