Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure contractor compliance with contract documents’ standards and specifications.
  • •Undertake site supervision and required inspections when instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE).
  • •Maintain daily records of contractor human and equipment resources and materials tests performed.
  • •Prepare daily reports to RE/ARE including work orders, materials delivery, and daily inspection program.
  • •Apply site quality controls and procedures, coordinate inspections, and resolve site problems with RE/ARE.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in similar projects, with a minimum of 3 years in UAE.
  • •UAE experience is preferred and mandatory.
  • •Relevant experience in comparable infrastructure and roads projects.
  • •Be familiar with contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering; RTA approval is preferred.
