•Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for custom silicon components (e.g., SoCs, sensors) across the hardware roadmap.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with hardware, firmware, product, and design to align architectural decisions with supply chain strategy.
•Manage supplier relationships, run RFQ processes, negotiate commercial terms, and conduct cost modeling with periodic business reviews.
•Own forecast alignment and supplier capacity planning to ensure supply continuity for development, pilot, and mass production.
•Monitor silicon market dynamics and technology trends to translate insights into category strategies and mitigation plans.

•Experience with Tier-1 silicon suppliers and OSAT partners across Asia and North America
•Background in high-volume consumer electronics and CM/ODM/JDM manufacturing models
•Proven experience in negotiations and understanding of should-cost
