Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise production checkout activity across shop-floor stations and cells, including daily schedules and vehicle configuration
  • •Lead and manage a staff of ~8 test specialists, including performance management
  • •Review test plans, procedures, and as-runs and recommend changes when needed
  • •Assess and vet skillsets across avionics and propulsion checkouts, leak checks, data review, and test procedure authoring
  • •Ensure checkout safety, quality, data integrity, and conformance to flight-worthiness requirements while tracking labor and improving efficiency

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in production test, vehicle checkout, or final assembly in aviation/aerospace/mechanical/electrical systems
  • •2+ years of experience leading a team or a project
  • •Experience across avionics and propulsion checkouts, including leak checks and test procedure authoring
  • •Ability to identify training needs and develop training programs for test specialists
  • •Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on operational needs, including availability for 1st or 2nd shift
