•Identify opportunities to improve performance, test new ideas and drive account growth.
•Monitor performance trends, analysing results and solving performance challenges.

•Proven Paid Search experience across Google and Microsoft Ads.
•Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients.
•Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team.
•Experience with Paid Social across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn is a bonus.
