Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee domestic and global media operations related to asset migration and workflows.
  • •Maintain day-to-day care of assets in shared storage environments and track/manage production drives.
  • •Manage and maintain MAM and storage ecosystems (Iconik, Qumulo, FrameIO) and coordinate user access.
  • •Serve as primary archivist for completed projects, including retrieval for reuse or redistribution.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience as a media manager, archive library coordinator, or similar role.
  • •Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
  • •Strong knowledge of post workflows, including local storage devices, DIT hardware, and modern cabling standards.
  • •Fundamental understanding of video standards (frame rates, aspect ratio) and data bitrates.
  • •Experience with Iconik and AWS buckets/storage tiers; bash scripting and API calls are preferred.
