Key Responsibilities

  • •Review technical design documents and API specifications to provide feedback on testability and potential integration bottlenecks using AI-assisted analysis
  • •Define automation strategy for new feature releases in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership
  • •Design and execute complex backend test cases focusing on data integrity and distributed systems logic
  • •Develop comprehensive test suites for RESTful and GraphQL APIs and validate schemas, status codes, and authentication/authorization
  • •Maintain and extend backend automation frameworks (Locust, Pytest, RestAssured) and enforce QA best practices across the automation team

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • •7-10 years in Software Quality Assurance with a track record leading quality initiatives for complex distributed systems and backend APIs
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python
  • •Experience with API testing for REST and/or GraphQL using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Locust
  • •Cloud and deployment experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
