Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Growth and Payments PMs against company-wide revenue priorities.
  • •Own the PLG Expansion roadmap for self-service upgrades, cross-sells, and seat expansion to maximize self-serve customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • •Design and optimize product-qualified lead (PQL) funnels to ensure a frictionless handoff from self-serve to SME/enterprise sales.
  • •Drive global retention by owning the subscriber retention lifecycle, including win-back strategies and product interventions to reduce churn.
  • •Direct a scalable global payments platform roadmap and oversee checkout/cart conversion, subscription renewals, fraud/chargeback prevention, and experimentation frameworks using key KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3+ years in a product leadership/people management role.
