Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the day-to-day client interface for a large, mission-critical data center program, delivering value-added cost management to keep delivery on time and within budget. Build and maintain cost plans and estimates across design and delivery, produce executive-level monthly reporting, validate cost information, and manage change control. Lead procurement pricing reviews, final accounts, cost risk analysis, and earned value management, while mentoring junior team members.
