Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
  • •Develop working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
  • •Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
  • •Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems
  • •Managing project timelines, risks and reporting

Key Requirements

  • •Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS
  • •Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
  • •A minimum of 5 - 10 years project management experience, preferably gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment
  • •A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review
  • •Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
