Key Responsibilities

•Own a vertical end-to-end across outcomes and metrics, prioritizing a backlog by value/risk/dependency/strategic priority, and defining crisp acceptance criteria.
•Partner with engineering to shape technical design, including system boundaries, money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), and failure/retry/refund behaviors.
•Make and defend hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX to engineering, compliance, or ops leads.
•Translate regulated constraints into first-class product inputs (licensing scope, CDD/KYC and limits, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency and privacy).
•Apply AI responsibly by defining where AI can decide, where humans stay in the loop, and how AI features are evaluated before shipping behind external partner and regulatory gates.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end with strong judgement under ambiguity, balancing ambition with technical, regulatory, and operational reality.
•Solid system design foundations (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, concurrency/consistency) and ability to review and challenge design docs.
•Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or proven fast-ramp ability, understanding money-movement correctness and irreversible states.
•Hands-on AI judgement with LLM-based products, including defining eval-able features and understanding hallucination/drift/data gaps and when a model must not be in the loop.
•Nice to have: engineer or highly-technical-PM background and experience with zero-to-one and AI-heavy consumer products (including eval metrics).
