Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Set the tone on the sales floor, elevate omni-channel and virtual selling, and create an inclusive environment where associates can thrive. Recruit, develop, and coach the team, review KPIs, own sales planning and forecasts, execute brand/visual standards, and oversee daily operational duties including cash handling, schedules, payroll budgets, compliance, loss prevention, and inventory.
