Key Responsibilities

•Understand store goals and actively work to achieve or exceed them, using all available resources inside and outside the store
•Act as a role model in behavior and performance to support the line manager in ensuring all processes are followed
•Support the goods receipt process; guide the team to receive deliveries quickly and accurately while following procedures to protect inventory
•Work as part of a team to manage inventory movements into and out of the store via IC processes or omnichannel
•Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to manage resources and create an effective work environment; report issues and work to find solutions

Key Requirements

•At least 1 year of experience in a customer- and commerce-oriented retail environment in the sports/fashion sector, with knowledge and experience in stockroom operations and understanding of the retail industry
•Training as a warehouse specialist or knowledge/training in logistics
•Good Hungarian language skills and basic English skills
•Intermediate numeracy, literacy, and spelling skills, as well as advanced verbal communication skills
•Ability to understand store goals and actively work to achieve or exceed them using all available resources inside and outside the store
