Key Responsibilities

•Drive KPI performance for the responsible production area to deliver on-time, high-quality products and projects with optimal cost efficiency.
•Monitor and control daily production performance to ensure targets are met while maintaining best manufacturing practices.
•Maintain shop-floor presence to oversee production operations, identify issues, and respond to operational challenges.
•Analyze production and quality data to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of experience in chemical production or manufacturing environments with hands-on operational experience.
