Lead and coach software development teams to deliver continuous value using Agile practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, foster continuous improvement, remove roadblocks, and drive data-driven performance enhancements using metrics such as flow metrics, velocity, and cycle time. Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to align goals and priorities while guiding teams toward becoming self-organizing, high-performing units.
