Construction Superintendent - Welding (Starbase)

Own day-to-day execution of field welding work for fluid systems and infrastructure projects at Starbase. Lead contractor logistics, scheduling, progress tracking, quality control, and resource allocation, while managing weld package scope, bids, budgets, and daily updates. Serve as the primary point of contact between contractors, engineering, and SpaceX teams, ensuring welds and installations meet quality standards and resolving field issues in real time, including some hands-on welding when needed.
