Job Summary

Join the LATAM & MEA expansion product team embedded in Brazil to deliver data-driven insights for product improvements and new features. You’ll own team KPIs through proactive monitoring, diagnostics, and launch retrospectives, while partnering with Product Managers, Bankers, and Marketing to influence roadmap priorities. You’ll also maintain and build data assets for product and customer insights, serving as the primary analytics contact for launches.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and prioritise opportunities for product improvements and new feature development in Brazil using data-driven insights.
•Own the team’s key KPIs, including proactive monitoring/diagnostics, sizing KPI impact, and conducting retrospectives on launches.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Bankers, and Marketing teams to influence the product roadmap.
•Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively utilised by the team, including building data assets when required.
•Serve as the primary analytics point of contact for product launches of the team.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in analytical roles with strong data analysis; proficient in SQL and comfortable using a scripting language such as Python or R for automation or deeper analysis.
•Experience with incremental measurement approaches such as AB tests.
•Ability to define complex problems clearly and apply the 80-20 principle to deliver usable results quickly.
•Enjoy independent ownership in a fast-paced environment, identifying impactful opportunities, triaging by impact, and focusing on main priorities.
•Advanced English.
