Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for attendance queries from parents, staff, and leadership.
  • •Monitor, record, and update daily student attendance in relevant systems (iSAMS/Engage).
  • •Follow up on unexplained absences, report trends to SLT and Heads of Year, and maintain punctuality logs.
  • •Coordinate late arrivals and early pick-ups using sign-in/out systems, and prepare daily absence reports.
  • •Greet and direct visitors, manage visitor sign-in and badges, respond to phone/email enquiries, and support safeguarding practices.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (“O” Levels/NVQ or equivalent).
  • •1–2 years of experience in a school or customer service environment (preferred).
  • •Fluent English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
  • •Experience using school information systems (iSAMS/Engage/SIMS preferred).
  • •Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with confident handling of confidential data and excellent attention to detail.
