Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and manage the risk and control framework for HBMY International Wealth and Premier Banking and Group Chief Control Office.
  • •Provide independent oversight of controls, identify risks and controls, and report operational losses and related findings.
  • •Ensure timely implementation of internal/external audit recommendations and regulator-raised issues, and drive follow-up.
  • •Coordinate reviews of internal control capabilities and provide ongoing feedback and recommendations for rectification.
  • •Support incident management (recording, reporting, investigation, escalation) and educate/train staff to strengthen compliance awareness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, business, or a related field.
  • •3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in risk and control management.
  • •Strong understanding of operational risks and internal control standards and best practices.
  • •Knowledge of audit management and the facilitation process, including managing audit deliverables.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills across different levels of seniority.
