Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and lead the Regional Manager and team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs including ASP, gross margin, LCM, help rate, and same-day help.
  • •Manage, coach, and develop Hearing Care Professionals and support staff, including selection, hiring, development, and performance management.
  • •Lead change management initiatives and ensure teams follow AudioNova policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure customer-centered care by using the MEET customer journey and providing best practices for customer visits.
  • •Ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing/CEUs requirements, billing requirements, and local/state/federal laws; support portfolio and talent management initiatives.
Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), with MBA preferred.
  • •2–3 years of relevant multi-unit management experience (hearing healthcare management a plus).
  • •Proven marketing, sales, and business growth success in a high-touch, customer-focused environment.
  • •Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship, and counseling skills with talent management experience (selection, hiring, development, performance management).
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office/Outlook, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
