Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and lead execution of the office’s local project engineering group; support Engineering and Operations Management.
  • •Provide leadership and coaching to engineers, including reinforcing AVI-SPL standard practices.
  • •Conduct weekly huddles, perform frequent spot checks of work accuracy and adherence to company standards, and run lessons learned meetings as needed.
  • •Validate pre-construction drawings and documentation, technical design, and pricing; meet with vendors/prospective vendors as needed.
  • •Stay current on AV advances, contribute to process workflow improvements and system administration/resource scheduling, and support post-sales project consultation.
