Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and negotiable instruments while operating an online teller terminal and maintaining accurate cash balances. Build and maintain professional relationships with customers by resolving requests and inquiries promptly and protecting customer privacy. Follow teller procedures and compliance requirements, detect and resolve discrepancies, complete required records and reports, and support team operations including night drop and clerical duties.
