Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate a single-blade saw based on production scheduling sheets.
  • •Ensure materials meet quality specifications (grade, size, moisture content) and comply with standards.
  • •Perform setups, feed material according to specifications, and periodically check equipment performance.
  • •Offload, stack, and prepare finished product (including covering/labeling/banding when required).
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas, complete pre-shift inspection checklists, maintain production records, perform LOTO and preventive maintenance, and participate in safety/CI programs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (GED preferred)
  • •At least 18 years of age
  • •Minimum 3 months of experience using saws or similar equipment
  • •Some experience in manufacturing and assembling is preferred
  • •Working knowledge of basic math is preferred
