Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and administer the construction document control framework, coordinating workflows to ensure correct, current revisions and maintaining retention, versioning, and audit trails.
  • •Establish and manage cost baselines, commitments, and forecasts, tracking budget/committed/actual costs and escalating corrective actions to maintain alignment.
  • •Improve forecast-to-actual accuracy through cost validation, accrual coordination, and integrated change tracking.
  • •Support cashflow tracking, invoice validation, and capitalization readiness in coordination with Fixed Asset Finance.
  • •Drive operational excellence by identifying workflow improvement opportunities and supporting rollout of updated Global Facilities standards and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Own and administer construction document control for Fab10 facilities construction, ensuring compliance with Global Facilities standards, revisions, and version controls.
  • •Establish and maintain project cost baselines, commitments, and forecasts in collaboration with Site Commercial, Global Facilities Cost, and Global Facilities Project Controls.
  • •Track and analyze budget, committed, and actual costs, identify variances and emerging risks, and escalate corrective actions to protect forecast accuracy.
  • •Improve forecast-to-actual accuracy through disciplined cost validation, accrual coordination, and integrated change tracking.
  • •Coordinate scope and cost change management, ensuring changes are documented, approved, reflected in forecasts, and managed across design, field, and procurement.
