Own the commercial performance of a Connectivity category across EMEA, setting strategy and driving go-to-market plans. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from identifying market opportunities and NPI through end-of-life—while translating customer and competitive insights into clear recommendations. Partner with Sales, Global Product, Marketing, Planning, and Channel Marketing to deliver launches, sales enablement, and strong local execution.

•Own commercial performance (P&L), including pricing, promotions, and profitability strategies in partnership with regional Sales teams.
•Lead the full product lifecycle for Connectivity, from identifying opportunities and driving NPI to end-of-life planning and portfolio optimization.
•Define category, channel, and go-to-market strategy for EMEA, maintaining a roadmap aligned to consumer needs and competitive dynamics.
•Gather and analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback, translating insights into recommendations for Sales and senior stakeholders.
•Lead Connectivity product launches across EMEA, delivering sales tools, training, and product collateral with cross-functional support.
