Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions, delivering sustained results.
  • •Assess current-state workflows using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste and variation.
  • •Establish process visibility, measurement integrity, and governance; implement sustainable controls based on root-cause analysis.
  • •Define and maintain enterprise transactional standards and exception-management protocols across Plan-to-Perform (P2Perf).
  • •Coach leaders and teams in continuous improvement, and help build practitioner development programs as part of the ETS Office.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years leading process improvement and business transformation initiatives for Plan-to-Perform value stream.
  • •Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • •Experience applying Lean Six Sigma and methodologies to redesign transactional workflows (DMAIC and DMADV/DFSS).
  • •Advanced analytical and process mapping capabilities, including process capability analysis and value stream mapping/SIPOC/swim-lane analysis.
